Who this is for

Not every organisation offering IT disposal wants to own a processing facility, and not every facility has capacity every week. We work on a trade basis with:

• IT resellers and VARs who need to offer disposal alongside a hardware refresh but do not want to build the capability
• Managed service providers handling client decommissions
• Other ITAD companies needing overflow capacity, geographic reach into Yorkshire and the North, or a specific treatment they do not hold a permit for
• General recyclers who encounter data-bearing IT and would rather route it to a specialist than take on the liability
• Facilities and clearance contractors who find IT equipment in a building clearance and need it handled lawfully

What we hold

Our permissions are the point of the arrangement, so they are worth stating plainly. All are publicly verifiable and linked from our footer:

The T11 is the operative one for trade work: it permits the repair, refurbishment and dismantling of waste electrical equipment, which is what allows us to do the useful part of the job rather than only move material between locations.

White-label, and what that actually means

You keep the client relationship. We provide the processing and the paperwork. In practice:

• Documentation issued unbranded, or under your brand where you prefer
• Per-client serialised asset reports and destruction certificates you can pass straight on
• Our licence documentation available for your client due diligence packs
• Discretion about the arrangement — that is usually the whole reason for it

Downstream standards

Every downstream partner we use must hold licences and certifications equivalent to or better than ours. That requirement is what makes our zero-landfill position meaningful rather than decorative, and it matters more in a trade arrangement than anywhere else — because a compliance failure three steps down the chain still lands on the name your client recognises.

We are also straightforward about what we do not do. We are IT WEEE specialists: no white goods, no general electrical, no non-IT waste streams. If a load falls outside our permissions, we will say so rather than take it and work it out afterwards.

Working arrangements

Trade work is normally either scheduled collections on an agreed cadence, or ad hoc when a particular job exceeds your capacity. Both are fine. We are on the M62 a few minutes from junction 24, and our vehicles run east into Lincolnshire and the Humber and west into Greater Manchester and beyond on a regular basis, so consolidating with an existing run is often possible.
