Bradford is nine miles from our Sowerby Bridge facility — close enough that we run collections across the district most weeks, and close enough that a forgotten box of drives does not become a three-week wait.
Bradford sits directly over the hill from us. Depending on where in the district you are and what the traffic is doing, we either come up over Queensbury on the A6036 or drop onto the M606 — either way it is a short enough run that Bradford collections do not need to be batched up or scheduled weeks ahead.
The district is large and genuinely varied: the city centre and Little Germany, the Airedale corridor out through Shipley and Bingley toward Keighley, and the mill and industrial estates around Laisterdyke and Euroway. Bradford has one of the youngest populations in the UK and one of the largest school estates in the north of England, which makes education a significant part of what we handle in the district. School IT disposal has its own rhythm — the summer holidays are when refresh projects actually happen — and its own compliance profile, because a decommissioned school laptop may hold safeguarding records, SEN data and staff HR files.
