We are not a national call centre routing your job to a subcontractor. Our processing facility sits in Sowerby Bridge, roughly two and a half miles from Halifax town centre — closer to most Halifax businesses than their own off-site archive store.
Halifax is our home patch. Revolve ITAD Solutions operates from Sowerby Bridge, at Unit 4, Copley Valley Business Park, down in the valley a couple of miles from Halifax town centre. For a Halifax business, that proximity changes what is practical: a collection is a short van run down the A58 rather than a logistics exercise, so we can usually offer same-week slots and, when something is urgent, same-day.
It also means you are welcome to visit. Plenty of Calderdale IT managers prefer to see where their old kit actually goes before they sign anything off, and we would rather you did. You can also drop equipment off yourself if you have a couple of machines and would rather not wait for a van.

Calderdale's business base is unusually varied for a district of its size, and the IT disposal requirements vary just as much. Halifax has a substantial financial services presence — the town gives its name to one of the UK's best-known banking brands, and insurance and back-office operations employ thousands locally. Those organisations are governed by FCA record-keeping rules and tend to need serialised, certificate-per-device destruction rather than a simple weighbridge ticket.
Alongside that sits Calderdale Council's estate, a large network of primary and secondary schools, Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust sites, and a long tail of manufacturing and engineering firms descended from the district's textile industry. A mill conversion running twenty-year-old industrial PCs has a very different problem from a call centre retiring four hundred identical laptops, and we quote them differently.
Two practical Halifax problems come up again and again, and both are worth raising when you book rather than on the day.
The first is access. A good deal of Halifax office space is in converted mill buildings and older town-centre stock — buildings with goods lifts that were never designed for a pallet of servers, stairwells with tight turns, and loading bays shared with neighbouring tenants. Tell us the floor, the lift situation and whether there is a bay, and we will bring the right crew and equipment rather than discovering the problem with a van already on site.
The second is parking and access windows. Parts of the town centre have restricted loading times and the one-way system around Broad Street can make a badly timed arrival expensive. We plan Halifax collections around those windows as a matter of course.
